Mackerel fish with grapefruit 
 
														
							
							
							
							For today's recipe, I have chosen fish cooked in white wine with grapefruit. This is a very simple recipe
							and very easy to prepare. 
							
							
							| Preparation time: 40 minutes |

									| Things you'll need(for 3 persons): |  | - 90g butter |  | - 3 mackerel fish |  | - 4 slices of grapefruit |  | - rosemary(fresh or dried) |  | - 1/2l white wine |  |   | 
							
							
							Clean the fish and slice it into chunks. Then put them in a pan with butter, grapefruit, white wine and rosemary. Fish should be submerged in wine
							for about half of it's height. 1/2l worked fine for me. Put the lid on the pan, and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat.
